Description of Rotary Curing Machine:
1. The main part of unit is drum rolls, through which the belts are vulcanized.
2. The drive rolls are connected to reducer to transfer the drive, thus various working speeds are available.
3. The steel belt connects all the rolls to form a drive chain.
4. Hydraulic device provides pressure and tensile force.
5. EPC deviation-correcting device control the running track of steel belt.
6. There is a hot oil heating device to control the technique temperature, unwinding equipment for belt (prepare for vulcanization) transfer, and the wind-up device for belt winding.
Features of Rotary Curing Machine:
1. With the features of compact structure, stable control and convenient maintenance, this machine can satisfy different requirements of rubber belt manufacturers.
2. Due to its special structure, it can conduct continuous production.
3. Delivering high technique performance, uniform vulcanization, stable pressure, it can produce hundreds of meters and even thousands of meters circular belts.
4. The unit adopts PLC control system to meet the curing requirements of different rubber belts. The working speed, pressure and tensile force are adjustable.
Function of Rotary Curing Machine:
This machine is the core part of rubber belt production line. It is mainly used for rubber belt calendaring and leveling after building, which can improve belt’s the shape and quality. In addition, it also performs the curing for belt.
